This charming three-storey home offers an enviable coastal lifestyle, with spectacular ocean views from the front terraces, master bedroom, and dining area, and breathtaking hinterland vistas from the back deck across Noosa National Park. Just minutes from the sand via a protected reserve, you can surf the breaks, stroll along the water’s edge or soak up sunrises and sunsets from your private coastal sanctuary.

Thoughtfully designed across three levels, this classic beachside home combines character, charm, and relaxed coastal atmosphere. As you enter on the ground floor, you’ll encounter a light-filled bedroom, office space and private bathroom, with direct access to a large, fully fenced backyard framed by lush tropical gardens.   
  
Ascend the stairs to the first floor and discover the true heart of the home. With open-plan living and dining beneath high ceilings and polished hardwood floors. Sliding doors open to east and west-facing patios, inviting natural light, gentle sea breezes, and spectacular views. The well-equipped kitchen connects effortlessly to the two outdoor terraces and dedicated dining area, making indoor-outdoor living and entertaining effortless.  
  
On the top level, the master suite is a private retreat with a deck overlooking the ocean and hinterland. There are two additional bedrooms on this floor, complemented by a modern bathroom. Another undercover terrace allows you to bask in the cooling sea breeze with your morning coffee, or to enjoy the sunset with a cocktail. Every level is intentionally designed to maximise light, ventilation, and invite a calming ambience.
