Modern kitchen and bathrooms with stone tops The property offers a spacious open plan design over two levels with quality furnishing and fittings. There is just 5 internal stairs to the bedroom level. Reno finished APRIL 2025 There is a small balcony over looking the park area where you are able to sit and listen to the ocean. 50 inch flat screen tv with netflix and free wifi. I am available via Phone or Email any time. Sunshine beach is such a special village, we have a great surf club that was built 2019 which is a 5 min walk from the apt. Lots os cafes, Restaurants places for coffee all within less than 5 min walk. Dog beach at the North end of Sunshine Beach. Entrance to the National park so if you wish you are able to take the Tangle wood or Ocean track to Hasting street. Noosa Junction is a 2 min Drive where there are loads of new wine bars and places to eat. Coles ,doctors and dentist is in the Junction. Famous Hasting Street is a 5 min Drive to explore all it has to offer and check out Main Beach. Head to the style, ease and laid-back atmosphere that makes Sunshine Beach such a popular choice for visitors to Noosa. Once known as Golden Beach, Sunshine Beach is renowned for its sand, surf and the ambience of stylish boutiques, cafes and restaurants. Join the local cafe society – find a spot on a wide deck for breakfast, lunch, dinner or any time in between. Call in at a bakery, deli or general store for fresh local produce or a snack. Order a cool beer or a tall drink and settle into a comfy couch or perch on a stool at a beach bar where locals drop in on their way to the waves. Or if coffee is something you can\`t do without, experience a espresso or what ever your favourite is. Head to the beach and pack a picnic to enjoy at the foreshore. The wide, open coastline hosts a variety of banks for an endless, uncrowded surfing session and the section in front of the Surf Club is patrolled year round. After a cool dip in the ocean, try the Sunshine Beach Surf Club for spectacular ocean views as well as great eating and drinking at the award-winning restaurant. Please note Sunshine Beach is Part of Noosa National Park, we do a professional pest spray every 12 months to help with Cockroaches and ants, however we can not prevent them coming in sometimes . There also may be insects and animals in the outdoor areas but this is very unusual. The air conditioner units are fully services and cleaned every 12 months as is required to keep them clean and in full working order. As we live in a tropical Area the weather/rain will not be a reason for a refund however most of the time the Sun is Shining. \`Uber is widely used in our area and we have free bus services in the school holidays. The 626 bus route, goes to Sunshine Beach, Noosa Junction, Noosa Heads (Hastings Street) & Noosa River. Airport buses drop and pick-up at the door.\` Please note bedrooms are Master - King Bed 2nd bedroom - Queen bed and single with pull out GUEST CODE OF CONDUCT As required by Noosa Shire Council Short Stay Letting Local Law Respect the Neighbourhood Guests must: • Respect the residential amenity of neighbouring properties at all times. • Behave lawfully and not cause any nuisance, annoyance, or disturbance. Parking and Vehicles Guests must: • Park vehicles on-site and within designated parking areas where provided. • Not block neighbouring driveways, footpaths, verges, or the street. • Ensure vehicles do not cause nuisance, congestion, or access issues. Waste and Rubbish Guests must: • Dispose of waste responsibly using the bins provided. • Place bins out only on collection days and return them to the property promptly. • Avoid littering or leaving rubbish outside bins in a manner that attracts wildlife. Security and Safety Guests must: • Lock the premises when leaving and secure windows where appropriate. • Safely use appliances, fires, BBQs, and equipment as supplied.
