### Stunning Coastal Home! The Perfect Family Getaway

Relaxed vibe the whole family will enjoy. Whether you spend your holiday at the beach or will be lounging poolside, this is the perfect home that will offer the best holiday ever to remember.  
  
The layout is spacious and flexible with master bedroom on the upstairs level and two bedrooms on the lower level. The fourth bedroom is situation at the back of the house away from the other guests, complete with a kitchenette, bathroom and a lounge room, this is the perfect place to comfortably accommodate grandparents, teenagers or another couple.  
  
The two guest bedrooms are spacious and comfortable with easy access to the main bathroom. With a sky-high ceiling, a fresh white colour scheme and warm timber floors. A luxe dressing room and a beautiful ensuite with a free-standing bath complete this retreat.  
  
The main living space is like a breath of fresh air, with soaring ceilings catching the natural light as it floods in through the high windows to illuminate the dining area, kitchen and family room and powder room.  
  
The galley-style kitchen is effortlessly elegant with a suite of quality appliances on show, a two-tone colour scheme and stone benchtops, while a large server's pantry ensures this space is as functional as it is beautiful.  
  
Designed with relaxation in mind, the living flows out to the covered deck. This is the best place to relax while the kids play in the pool or run free in the large, fenced yard.  
  
The entertaining space stretches out past the pool to an open-air pebbled patio where you can soak up the sunshine. Soaring native trees provide the perfect backdrop while also enhancing the sense of privacy.  
  
This immaculate home is ready for your arrival! Cool eateries, cafes and boutique shops of Sunshine Beach Village. It's only a short drive to Hastings Street and Noosa Main Beach or you can wander down to Sunshine Beach for a swim or surf.
