The House - This stunning, Paul Clout designed, waterfront, four-bedroom, three-bathroom home is exceptional and encapsulates the 'Noosa Style' . A simple level walk from the property will lead you to the shops & restaurants that line the foreshore of the picturesque Noosa River.
Environmentally friendly design, high raked ceilings and sky windows capture the eastern morning sun, and deep verandas offer shade to the west. Stunning water features are scattered across the home inside and out.
Offering four bedrooms, two living zones, and air conditioning, this comfortable residence flows over one level around a central pool and seamlessly out to the waterside decks and views. The pool and spa are located to the North capturing the sun allowing light into the body of the residence all day, alongside a cabana area and an outdoor kitchen.
The inside gourmet kitchen has Miele appliances with a gas cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher and an integrated fridge/freezer.
The master suite has a King bed, the second and third bedrooms both support Queen sized beds, and the fourth bed have two Single beds. All rooms have built-in robes.
The main bathroom offers a glass framed shower, a generous sized bath easily fitting two people for your romantic getaway, and two vanities.
There are two car parking spaces available at the property.

Our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk, and detergents, etc (to get you through your first night). Additional supplies may then be purchased from local supermarkets. Please remember to bring your beach towel. A reminder that 'check out' is no later than 10.00am and 'check in' is not before 3.00 pm.
