This stunning apartment is like no other being directly positioned on the Kings Beach waterfront boasting breathtaking ocean views out…Private access to the beach and boardwalk awaits you in this spacious, dual level, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment in the 'Seaspray' complex.  
  
Elegantly appointed, it features modern furnishings throughout and an upstairs and downstairs living space.  
  
Other key features include:  
\- 2 x Smart TVs  
\- Airconditioning in the upstairs living room and in three of the bedrooms.  
\- Free Wi-Fi  
\- Dishwasher, microwave, washer & dryer  
\- Ceiling fans throughout  
\- Sleeps up to 8 guests, Bedroom 1 > King, Bedroom 2 > Queen, Bedroom 3 > 2 King singles, Bedroom 4 > 1 King Single + Double - perfect for larger families  
\- There are a total of 3 bathrooms  
\- A private BBQ  
4th bedroom (was 2 singles now a double and king single).  
  
There is plenty of outside space including a balcony off the dining area, beachfront courtyard with deck downstairs and separate shaded area near the entry - plenty of spots to sunbathe in privacy and take in the views this pristine property has to offer.  
The Seaspray complex includes undercover secure parking, a pool and is only a short walk to the main part of town. If you are seeking luxury accommodation in a unique and magical position then why not book your next holiday at Seaspray!

Bookings made after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee.

Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.
