The ocean views from the courtyard patio area and lounge room over Kings Beach are simply stunning, even at night with Kings Beach illuminated.



This ground floor unit features features spacious, open plan living areas, Smart TV, Wifi, dishwasher, fans and screens throughout among many other features.



The complex offers underground security parking (standard sedan size only - 4WD's do not fit) and access by lift.



There is a sunny inground pool with paved surrounds and security entrance door.



Ryson spells home away from home for the quiet discerning holiday maker seeking quality accommodation centrally positioned in a neatly presented tranquil package.



Please note that this property does not have air conditioning, however there are ceiling fans installed.

Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.



Linen

Bookings made after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee.

Great views and Huge Space to relax.

Older property without air conditioning but very very comfortable. We had two bathrooms and gigantic living space with amazing outlook every morning. A one minute stroll to beach and cafes. Sprawling grassed area to relax and gigantic pool. It was winter so air or pool didn't matter. We loved it.

Older style but well appointed ground floor unit with views to Kings Beach. Easy walk to beach and cafes. Nice kitchen and bathrooms and comfy beds although no warm doona was found for queen bed . Living room flows out to patio and large lawn all with views. No air con might be an issue in summer. Property management great to deal with.

Great location.... great value.

This is an older property with most of the comforts of home. It offers a good view of the shippling lanes to Brisbane and the passing parade of ships offers a level of entertainment which I enjoy. There is good eating out a couple of hundred meters away at the bottom of the hill.

Great Kings Beach Location!,

You couldn’t ask for a better location to stay in Kings Beach. A short walk down the hill to the beach and the great restaurants at the southern end of Kings Beach. But don’t have too many happy hour $10 cocktails or you may find the hill a challenge. An “original” late 90’s unit that is very well priced, convenient and clean. We’ll be back!,
