The huge east facing balcony provides the fantastic view of the shipping lanes, Moreton and Bribie Island and the back facing balcony enables you to watch the sun sink down behind the beautiful Glasshouse Mountains. Walking distance to the beautiful Kings Beach, calm relaxing Bulcock Beach and Caloundra CBD for all of your holiday activities also within minutes walk of supermarkets and shops. Once you've done your exploring for the day come home and relax on the spacious balcony and enjoy the views or even have a family BBQ on your private balcony! The only set back was the heat in the Bedrooms 2 & 3\. They also need an air-conditioner as it was unbearable for the kids even with ceiling fans. That would be our only bad comment. A Sandwich maker would also be a great addition to the already well supplied kitchen. We love toasted sandwiches for lunch. Thank you very much for the use of your Unit. ##### Jenn S.
