The apartment was recently refurbished and it had a great layout and was tastefully furnished and styled. The size allowed the three of us to enjoy the space comfortably. The kitchen was well equipped and all appliances were new and good quality. We especially enjoyed the view of the river from the balcony and the location was very peaceful. It was an easy flat walk to Hastings Street or Noosaville. We stayed for 9 nights and there was no offer to change out linen and towels after 7 which was disappointing. Also we paid an initial deposit and when I rang the day before arrival to confirm, the receptionist asked if she could take the remaining balance from our account. I agreed but when I looked at our bank statement an extra $106.00 was taken. We queried this on arrival to be told it was a credit card charge from the bank!!! Ours was a debit card so straight out of our account. In the past we have paid an initial deposit and then the balance on arrival and have never incurred this extra charge. Very annoying. Also when talking to the lady on the phone the day before this charge was not mentioned!
