Which was not mentioned. Dishwhaser is as old as the property and doesnt clean proplery. The aircon is upstairs only and doesnt go down to the bottom level. The hot water only lasted for 1 person, so had to wait 30min for the next shower. The couch cushions wouldnt stay properly on yhe couch which made sitting on very uncomfortable. The build up of shower scum on the tiles looked like it hadnt been clean for months.. For the price I expected the apartment to be of higher quality. The rug was stained in the lounge and furniture was rusted giving the place a bit of a tired feel. The pool was right outside our door which was great and thankfully closed at 9 pm due to the noise. Free kayak rental was a bonus. The office staff were friendly and welcoming. Great location. Wasn't happy with the room being opened to downstairs as it wasn't very private and very bright in the mornings. The cleaning wasnt very good with tabacco on the table and items left under furniture. Could do way better on the cleanliness. Arrived with the floors still soaking wet, which is a safety hazard, without signs saying they were wet.Loved the private toilet and laundry outside the apartment. The gardens were untidy and not maintained. For some reason the bins for the whole complex were kept outside of font door which also meant a very unpleasant smell every time you went to you car. The management didn't manage a smile and I can only imagine they weren't happy that I had to disturb them when checking in or out (during office hours).
