Great location

We had no issues with picking up the keys (short drive away) and the unit complex had off street parking (1.9m clearance). The unit itself is dated and slightly on the small side but clean and comfortable. Easy walking distance to beach, cages and shops. We picked it so we could attend a function at the Wharf, which was just across the road. The hosts were very good at responding quickly to inquiries and provided comprehensive information about your stay via email. I thought it was a tad expensive for what it was, but that might have been the demand at that time.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
Buyer beware: this is an Airbnb in disguise as a genuine place. Proceed with caution. It is administered by a shady company called SunnyBnB who are quite unhelpful and never offer staff names. Key pick up and drop off is 30 minute walk from accommodation. This is extremely inconvenient when you have all your luggage and no car. Staff are overwrought and demoralised unable to help or offer solutions. V unusual not to be able to pick up or drop keys near to the accomodation, especially when there are staff there. Think about all the places with key code locked boxes, for example. Room itself tired, scuffed, and in need of love. But clean. Good location. The whole thing felt like a scam but it was real in the end, just very weird, convoluted, unhelpful, no customer service. But it was cheap! So you pay in different ways: uncertainty, inconvenience, unusual practices, no customer service. Next time, I would pay a bit more and go elsewhere to have some peace of mind.
