About this property

Modern beach house, close to everything.

Come and relax at our private two bedroom studio. You will have your own private entrance and use of the large pool area. The space is located on the ground level of our family home. We live upstairs so there maybe some noise transfer.

The space also includes a laundry area, lounge and kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster.

The beach is 10 houses up the road. There is a park and library directly across the road. Kawana Shopping World is in close walking distance, including an array of restaurants to eat at.
