About this property
Modern Aqua Haven with Pool - Pisces 5
Summary:
With a glorious position overlooking the tranquil waters of Noosa Sound, it seems only fitting for this contemporary apartment to make its home in a complex named for the water sign of Pisces.
The Space:
Stunningly and sleekly renovated, the two-bedroom retreat lies on the curve of a canal in the prestigious estate, giving an emerald outlook in both directions. Oriented towards an appreciation for the great outdoors, and flooded by natural sunlight, it’s a place that feels like home the moment you enter.
With the bedrooms privately positioned at opposite ends of the floorplan, the apartment’s open-plan living zone is designed to bring family and friends together. The lounge room is furnished for comfort and conversation, with the ideal set-up for a night in front of the telly. This flows through to the kind of gourmet kitchen that would delight any home chef, whose guests can watch the action unfold from their seat at the expansive island overhang.
Both spaces share views out to the water, which meanders past a spacious balcony beautifully cooled by south-east breezes. With a conversation corner, barbecue and dining table, it’s an ideal spot for alfresco entertaining, from rise-and-shine breakfasts to dinner under the stars. Direct access from the main bedroom further allows the sights and sounds of the watery landscape to serve as a natural alarm clock.
With features including a communal pool, BBQ and jetty, the complex blissfully caters to lazy days at home, whether you curl up with a book, take to the water on a kayak or cool off with a dip under cloudless skies. A sense of adventure can also be answered through access out to the river and ocean.
Further afield, the area’s best-known attractions lie close to hand, including the retailers and restaurants of Hastings St, the inviting Gympie Tce precinct and the lush environs of Noosa National Park. Pack a towel to spread out on the golden sands of Noosa’s iconic Main Beach, with turquoise waters that invite you to swim, surf, snorkel, stroll and more. Or, head towards the Noosa River, whose tranquil beauty can easily steal an hour or an afternoon, as the action ebbs and flows on and under the surface. In this little corner of paradise, it really is a case of water water everywhere. It’s tranquil. It’s sublime. And it’s yours to enjoy.
Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home and shared access to the pool throughout their stay
The Neighborhood:
Noosa is recognised as a UNESCO biosphere reserve, this chic coastal town is surrounded by bay, beach, National Park and river. Visitors to Noosa love to swim at Noosa Main Beach, surf the Noosa World Surfing Reserve, walk the Noosa National Park’s stunning forest and coastal trails or picnic as the sun sets over the hinterland behind the river mouth. Home to iconic Hastings Street, which is famous for its shopping and dining, Noosa’s main beach is lined with restaurants, cafes, bars and an eclectic array of boutiques, homeware stores, galleries, and surf stores.
Noosa Junction or as it is affectionately known by locals, ‘The Junga’ is a buzzing little village just over the hill from Hastings Street, ‘The Junga’ is home to a wonderful world of bars, restaurants, live music, coffee shops, fashion boutiques, laneways, night markets, street art and photo galleries.
With the Noosa River winding through its heart and river hire businesses dotted along its 2km of grassy foreshore, Noosaville is a lively centre of aquatic activities including swimming, stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing and jet skiing. Restaurants, cafes and bars on both Gympie Terrace and Thomas Street, many with stunning views of the Noosa River, serve up tastes from around the world as well as contemporary Australian fare that cater to all tastes and budgets. Noosa ferry’s custom-built classic riverboats cruise between Hastings Street, Noosaville and Tewantin (Noosa Marina) with seven stops along the Noosa River with a one-way trip taking about 40 minutes.
Tewantin is a quiet, village-style suburb situated along the Noosa River from Noosaville which features a pedestrian-friendly main street renowned for its striking Poinciana trees showcasing vibrant orange-red flowers during the summer months. Originally established as a timber town and serving as the river port for the Noosa region, Tewantin is home to the vehicular ferry connecting to Noosa’s North Shore and Fraser Island, as well as the Noosa Marina, a hub for riverfront shops and restaurants, and host to weekly craft and produce markets.

Known for their incredible natural beauty, the Noosa Hinterland is comprised of country towns including Eumundi, Cooroy, Pomona, Kin Kin, Cooran and is also home to the Noosa Everglades. One of only two everglades’ systems on Earth, the Noosa Everglades is a 60km stretch of pristine waters, magnificent flora and fauna and narrow waterways.
Heading south, locals and visitors alike love Peregian Beach for its laidback and chilled beachy vibe and its village square which is home to boutique stores, a host of restaurants, cafes and takeaways set under cool shady trees and its makers’ market held on the 1st and 3rd Sunday morning of each month.
