Upstairs features a fully equipped kitchen, open-plan living and dining, a covered balcony, second bathroom, and master bedroom with a king bed.

Bright, airy, and newly furnished by Design For Living, the home boasts three bedrooms, air-conditioning in the living area and master bedroom, and ceiling fans in the downstairs rooms. Stylishly finished with brand new furnishings, the home is designed for both comfort and relaxation. The covered balcony opens up completely, making it perfect for embracing the Sunshine Coast’s beautiful climate.  
  
Guest Access:  
Perfectly positioned just 600 metres from the scenic oceanside walkway linking Mooloolaba and Alexandra Headland. It's an easy 10-minute walk to both beaches, countless cafés, and great dining options. Maroochydore CBD is just a short 10-minute drive away. If you’re after a stylish, quiet stay while still being close to all the action, this is the ideal spot!
