Eventually gained access. Apartment was nice - view of sea only from rooftop. Can be very windy outside. We had an issue with the lift. Communication with management poor. No attempt to resolve the issue. We eventually found a phone number for the lift company who were very helpful. We used the table on deck on 3floor - chairs with arm make it very difficult to sit at the table. Deck is too narrow for chairs with arms ##### julian l. We checked in at 3pm on xmas eve to find that the unit had not been cleaned after the previous guests had departed. We had to clean the kitchen before we could unpack our groceries and then as we were cleaning the bedrooms and bathrooms, the cleaners actually arrived. Thankfully they were able to make up the bedrooms and leave us clean towels. The unit was dirty overall and even the lounge and soft furnishings are dirty and stained.The following day we went to the upper level to prepare our xmas lunch on the BBQ but the gas bottle was empty.
