A large kitchen equipped with all essentials including microwave, stove top and oven, large capacity fridge, dishwasher and culinary tools will ensure easy meal and refreshment preparation. Enjoy your meals in the dining area or on the large balcony complete with outdoor furnishing for 6 guests. You may also choose to share your meals on the private roof top space above. You will enjoy browsing Kings Beach from your rooftop perch at any time during your seaside break.  
  
Perfect for lounging, the spacious living area has a flat screen television and comfortably large sofas for complete comfort.  
  
A large master bedroom with Queen ensemble, En suite and flat screen television is complete with remote control ceiling fan and built in wardrobes.  
  
The second bedroom with large window to the south west, is furnished with a double ensemble and also has remote control ceiling fan. Guests in the third bedroom will enjoy the comfort of twin single ensembles, ceiling fan and built in wardrobes and plenty of sunlight from windows to the west.  
  
A bathroom with shower/bath combination also includes full laundry facilities complete with large capacity washer, tumble dryer and laundry tub. A clothes airer is provided for use on the balcony or roof top space.  
  
This apartment has a secure off street garage space access from the lower entry driveway of the apartments.
