Perfectly positioned on the first floor, immerse yourself in the awe-inspiring 180-degree panoramic Noosa River views that stretch south to Noosaville, west to the Noosa Hinterland, and north to the river mouth and Laguna Bay. Bask in the sun by day on the sandy beach just below your unit, or fish from the private jetty, or watch the river activity. The river watercraft, the jumping fish, abundant bird life, the odd stingray, and resident duck family—you can watch from the comfort of your balcony and marvel at breathtaking sunsets every evening. Ideal for families or groups of friends seeking a luxurious escape, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment comfortably accommodates up to five guests. King bed in the master bedroom, 1 x single-sized bed, and 1 x double-sized bed in the second bedroom. The resort private beach and jetty are easily accessible from Apartment 8\. Secure undercover parking with access from an internal stairwell or external parking with ramp access. Apartment 8 - Las Rias has been completely and beautifully renovated with high-spec finishes and designer kitchen and laundry appliances. The entire unit is fully air-conditioned, with new reverse cycle air conditioning units in all 2 bedrooms and the living room, and ceiling fans throughout for added comfort. The apartment’s renovation was created by a local interior designer and is quality built with beautifully appointed furnishings and fittings—but with an emphasis on comfort and a calm colour palette. Over-generous kitchen settings and appliances, ample space for extra guest dining, and separate outdoor settings for additional guests also. The new renovation inclusions give consideration to guests that may have some mobility issues. The unit has no internal steps, has raised bench tops, raised toilet heights in both bathrooms, no shower hobs, and a built-in shower seating bench in the main shower. All tiled flooring (including the balcony tiling) is nonslip, newly carpeted bedrooms, and wardrobes in the 2nd bedroom. The riverfront central location of this unit strikes the perfect balance between excitement and tranquillity, ensuring you can fully savour your stay in this captivating coastal destination. For those in search of culinary delights, Quamby Place boasts an array of award-winning restaurants, including Ricky's and Rock Salt, and a convenience store and new café for breakfasts, coffee, and essential items, conveniently just a short walk away. Quamby Place is only a few minutes' drive from an array of quality restaurants on Gympie Terrace including Gusto, 250 Grammi, Maisie’s, Mr Jones and Me, and Sum Yung Guys. It is even closer again on Weyba Road. Alternatively, take a leisurely 15-minute level walk to Hastings Street to discover the vibrant and cosmopolitan atmosphere of shopping or dining there, the serene beauty of Noosa National Park, and the iconic golden sands and crystalline waters of Main Beach.
