Wonderful view in a great location. Unit was useable but did have some parts that are a bit old and in need of a refresh. As a value property it is great as the location overlooking Caloundra is fantastic and just behind it are local shops with supermarket, a few cafes and restaurants etc. Being located on the esplanade you walk on to the beach and to local parks along the path. Parking is very tight so don't expect to fit a large 4WD in the 1950's car space. The property linen and keys etc are by a local agent which is a 5min drive away, which is a bit of a pain but acceptable as long as the price reflects this. Overall we were very happy as they downsides were more than compensated with the amazing view and location.

Nice apartment in good location
Good sized rooms and comfy beds. The kitchen had all utensils and cooking items needed. Did need to buy my own dishwashing detergent, kitchen spray etc.
While the apartment was reasonably clean there was an odour of mould, particularly in the kitchen cupboards. There were some mould spots on a bowl. Otherwise the location was very central and the complex quiet. Would stay here again.
The water views are spectacular
The unit had mold on 3 of the pictures which I am sensitive to and spent 2 days rather ill, medication helped.
The laundry area was full of dust - pictures can be provided if required

Watching the sunrise while enjoying a coffee on the balcony, was my favourite thing to do. Lovely quiet location. Good sized, well equipped kitchen. Beautiful big couch to lounge on.
The single foam mattresses are the only downfall. They are probably fine for young children but not for older children or adults. You sink straight to the bottom as there’s no support. I moved one of the mattresses and placed it on top of the couch and slept fine there.
The property is set in a perfect spot you can see the large ships, beach, a walk way in front also a barbecue undercover area. A pathway to the shops where u have a large choice of meals to purchase, you don't have to take the car out. negatives 4 lots of 6 steps to the unit and no internet ): the bath and shower is hard to get in and out for older folks, over all the view is amazing and the facilities are clean and neat. thank u Anne and Wayne
