An amazing 4 bedroom beach house located one lot from the surf and still water of Moffat Beach. It is the closest property we have to Moffat Beach which is renowned for its white sandy beaches, park lands, walking paths and popular restaurant precinct.  
  
A beautiful and private home surrounded by tropical gardens – your very own secluded oasis. Enjoy a day at the beach with family and friends, BBQ at the Moffat Beach playground and park, and explore the rock pools located less than 1 minute away, with no roads to cross. Alternatively, take a lazy 3 minute stroll to the renowned Moffat Beach sidewalk cafes, restaurants, bars, shops and supermarket.  
  
Large and tastefully appointed, this fully self-contained 4 bedroom – 3 bathroom beach house has it all. Boasting 2 separate living rooms, unlimited Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout, plus separate upstairs & downstairs lockable access, this property is suitable for multiple families or groups of up to 8 people.   
  
Parking for the property is on the left hand side driveway only.
