I booked this hotel through Expedia for a 3-person stay. While there were some great highlights, several issues in the room made the stay less comfortable than expected. Fantastic service: The lady at the reception desk was absolutely fantastic, welcoming, and helpful. Great parking: The secure car park provided excellent peace of mind. Bathroom issues: The toilet had a noticeable, unpleasant smell, and there was no exhaust fan to help clear it out. Kitchen deficiencies: The kitchen lacked basic essentials, including handwash and kitchen tissue. There was no toothpaste provided, and only one very old frying pan was available for cooking. Lack of amenities: For a group of three people, there was only one spare blanket. Broken facilities: The clothes hanger was broken, and there were not enough drying clips/pegs for laundry. The staff and security are excellent, but the room itself lacks basic maintenance and hospitality essentials. Hopefully, management can address these amenity shortages for future guests.

Ignore the negative reviews! This place is great value for money and an easy 15 min walk through a nice neighbourhood to shops and a beautiful beach. There's road noise, but it's comfortable and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again

Lovely welcome on arrival. Room and facilities spotless. Great to have undercover parking. The apartment we had came with a balcony / table - ideal for reading, cuppa or something stronger and nibbles. Maybe 15 minutes walk to beach to take in the sunrise.
