Designed for easygoing getaways, the home accommodates up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Step outside to relax and reconnect in the inviting outdoor area, featuring a BBQ, firepit, and ping pong table, perfect for laid-back afternoons and evenings. The Space: As you arrive at this family home, you'll find two sets of stairs that wind through the trees, leading first to a top deck complete with a firepit and seating, perfect for relaxed evenings under the stars. Just beyond, the spacious undercover outdoor area offers an inviting space to unwind, featuring a dining table for eight, BBQ and a ping pong table for added fun. Step inside to a welcoming open-plan living area, it includes a dining table for six, a double sofa bed that functions as both seating and a bed, two occasional chairs, and a smart TV (streaming apps only). The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including a fridge, electric stove and oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, and toaster. The home features an air-conditioning unit in the kitchen area that effectively cools the entire space during the warmer months. It’s also pet-friendly, with a fenced outdoor area at the front of the home when the front gate is closed. Bedroom One: The main bedroom features a queen-sized bed, ceiling fan, wardrobe cupboard, plus glass sliding doors that open out to a back balcony. Bathroom One: Featuring a shower, toilet, and vanity. Bedroom Two: Furnished with a comfortable queen bed, this room has a ceiling fan, and wardrobe space. Bedroom Three: Furnished with two comfortable single beds, this room has a ceiling fan, and wardrobe space. Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire 1st level of the home, there is space to park 1-2 cars in the carport. There is also plenty of free street parking available. The front outdoor area of the home is fenced and safe for pets when the front gate is closed. Please note the underneath of the home is under construction and not accessible. The Neighborhood: The home is perfectly situated for exploring the Sunshine Coast, just a short drive from some of Caloundra’s best beaches, including Kings Beach, Bulcock Beach, and Moffat Beach. At Kings Beach, you’ll find a patrolled beach, surf club, beachside pool, parks, and plenty of cafes and restaurants to discover. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm.
