This welcoming, pet-friendly oasis promises beach days, barbecue evenings, and unforgettable family memories. The Space: Step inside this bright, coastal-inspired home and be greeted by an open-plan living area filled with natural light. Lounge on the cosy couch while watching a movie on the smart TV, or enjoy quiet moments with the books and board games provided. Two of the three bedrooms, a bathroom, a laundry, and a separate toilet branch off from the living space. The entire main house features ducted air-conditioning, keeping it cool and comfortable all year round. The Neighborhood: This leafy, sunlit beach house is located just 150 metres from Moffat Beach. Moffat Beach in Caloundra has a distinct vibe that differentiates it from its more famous neighbours like Kings Beach & Dicky Beach. While Moffat isn’t a patrolled beach & you’ll need to be wary of the waves, the inlet of Tooway Creek offers family-friendly swimming. Dicky beach is an easy stroll across the sand for patrolled swimming between the flags. All throughout the area you will find upbeat shops and cafes, plenty within walking distance of the house. Getting Around: The closest beach (Moffat Beach) is 150m away (3-minute walk) and is great for a beach-walk, surfing, kite surfing or paddle boarding. The home is central to lots of activities and attractions: Maroochydore airport is a 25-minute drive \- Brisbane airport is a 60-minute drive \- Australia Zoo is a 25-minute drive \- Kawana Shopping World & Cinema is a 15-minute drive \- Large new Sunshine Coast University hospital is a 10-minute drive \- Mooloolaba/ Underwater World (Sea Life) is a 15-minute drive \- Downtown Caloundra is a 5-minute drive A 30-minute car trip will take you to Maleny, Montville, Kondalilla Waterfalls, or Noosa National Park, the Sunshine Coast has plenty to explore! It is possible to get around on the local buses and use coach tours but the immediate area is best explored on foot and it would be preferable to have a car to travel further afield. The entertaining deck was very private & nicely sheltered from the wind & rain. The ducted aircon worked well on hot days. We were worried about parking on the street but no need, we got a park directly outside every night of our stay. The fencing was secure for our dog 1.8mtr on 3 sides with a 1.2mtr along the street, the gate had a latch that we were able to padlock (byo padlock), he really loved the yard especially the lush lawn. The position of the house was an easy walk to the beach and the Moffat Beach cafes/restaurants which we enjoyed. All in all, we could not fault this place, it was perfect. ##### Heather G. Negatives were no parking provided and on street parking was difficult to secure, located on busy road with main bedroom at front of house so it was noisy early in the morning and only 1 house key provided which was difficult to manage with 2 separate 'houses' (main house and separate kids house - which was only lovable with a key) or if people wanted to go out at different times. ##### Cathy A.
