Summary:
Excellent ocean views and only a 1 minute walk to the sand! Ashwood #7 is located in the perfect location, so close to the very popular Kings beach and lots of dining options.
The Space:
Park your car and walk everywhere! This apartment is nicely furnished with plenty of sun making it light and bright throughout. You will love waking up to the magnificent ocean views from both bedrooms as well as from your front balcony, perfect for lazing the day away when you're not out enjoying the beach and the beautiful natural surrounds of Caloundra.
Sleeping is for up to 6 guests. The bedding configuration is a Queen, Double + Double fold out sofa bed.
There are also 2 single folding beds if you would prefer those to the double fold out sofa, however, we do ask that no more than 6 guests stay at maximum.
Within a minutes walk you will also find a great selection of dining-out options, interactive water fountains, the Kings Beach Amphitheatre, the Mets Surf Club, a corner store, children's playgrounds and beautiful grassy parks perfect for a picnic.

Bookings newly created after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee.

A very nice place close to the king's beach a short walk to restaurants. Six flights of stairs little hard, but very good views easy access to garage. Plenty of accommodation for a family. Overall nice place and not too expensive.
This was a great location. We felt totally relaxed on the balcony seeing the ocean. It was really good. Lots of bed options and even pull out couch quite comfortably. Could have been better if there was some tea, milk & towel to wipe hands in bathroom & bath towels. Enjoyed board games available. Pool nice, but water could feel cleaner. We had a really good time overall.
Clean, Tidy, evrything you need. Location is great.
No lift so you need to be able to walk up 3 levels of stairs.

Easter at Kings Beach
The apartment is very tired, needs upgrading and a good spring clean. The shower is tiny and the water pressure is terrible. The beds were very hard. The location is amazing, the pool is great and having access to a garage was a bonus.
Hard to top the location of this property. Older unit with dated bathtoom, but still decent. Sliding glass balcony doors rattle in the wind which is not great. That was the biggest negative.
Great spot. So close to the beach, playground, surf club, and pool.
Great views of the ocean. 3rd floor unit. Only 1 - 2 minute walk across the road to Kings Beach, eateries, playgrounds with bbq facilities. Unit is spacious two bedroom with single sofas in main that pullout to beds also. Also has a lovely pool. Need to bring all own linen. Fridge is older and door rusty edges. But fridge is clean inside. Has all kitchen facilities you need to cook if needed. Has lockable garage for car. Definitely recommend to stay here.
We had a lovely stay at the 2 bedroom unit. Being 3 storeys up gave us a scenic view and the two balconies were fantastic to relax on. Once getting there we didn’t need to get in the car once as everything is so accessible by foot. The unit was very well fitted out.
