Located on Alderly Terrace in the Bayona boutique complex, Noosa Heads – one of the Sunshine Coasts most beautiful holiday destinations and nestled amongst the trees across the road from one of the most iconic beaches in Queensland – Little Cove.  
  
Alice is a relaxed, fuss free, 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom self-contained apartment and only a stones throw to Hastings Street’s famous boutiques and restaurants – Alice has everything you need for that perfect beach getaway.  
  
Spacious and stylish in equal measure, the layout is open plan and draws the eye towards its incredible lush outlook broken up by glimpses of the turquoise waters of Laguna Bay.

Great location, but the apartment needs a good renovation and updated furniture for this price. The en-suite toilet as at the end of the bed and there is no door, the showers are only suitable for people under 5’5”. We stayed for 13 nights and there was no mid stay cleaning (which is complimentary at every other accommodation we have ever stayed at in Noosa). A maintenance worker climbed onto our second story balcony looked into our apartment and just started to use a leaf blower on the terrace with no regard to our privacy. We tried to contact the property manager to ask a question, yet they didn’t answer the phone and only returned our call a day later. We have stayed in much better accommodation in the area, we wouldn’t stay here again.
