Getting Around: • Walk: You’re just 350m from Sunrise Beach and a short stroll to Chalet & Co café. Sunshine Beach village and the Surf Club are also walkable via scenic coastal paths. • Drive: Noosa Junction (5 mins) and Hastings Street (10 mins) are easily reached by car, offering restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. • Bike: Electric mountain bikes can be rented directly through us. Please message us to arrange. • Public Transport: Local buses run regularly along David Low Way and nearby streets, with connections to Noosa Heads, Noosa Junction, and Tewantin. • Rideshare: Uber, DiDi, and local taxi services operate throughout the area and are reliable day and night. • Parking: The home includes secure parking for up to three vehicles, with ample off-street space. Other Things to Note: Please note: There are 4 large split system AC units that service the house; one in the master bedroom, one in each living room (upstairs and downstairs) and one bedroom at the front of the house downstairs. The living room units work well to cool the whole house and service the other rooms, however please be informed that 3 of the bedrooms do not have dedicated units. The pool and spa have been programmed to set temperatures, however fluctuations in the ambient atmosphere and weather can affect this. The spa has been set to 35 degrees and the pool will typically sit between 23 and 25 degrees, however this can vary by a few degrees depending on the time of year. We cannot accommodate special requests for different temperatures, nor guarantee exact tempeartures. This home is pet-friendly and fully fenced, but please be respectful of the home and neighbourhood during your stay. This house is a 'green' house and powered entirely by solar. There are 3 large batteries that ensure power is always available for guests. Interaction with Guests: We’re local and happy to help if you need anything during your stay.
