Welcome to 'M&T's on Roslin' a charming beach house lovingly named after the owners adorable little poodles. This affordable family-friendly getaway welcomes everyone-including your pampered pooches!

Offering three bedrooms, two bathrooms, plus a separate toilet, the home is designed for comfort and convenience. The main bedroom features a queen bed, bedroom two includes a double bed and single bunk above, and bedroom three offers two single beds that can be connected into a queen bed.

Located in a quiet street opposite a playground and park, there is plenty of space for the kids and pets to enjoy. The large fenced and secure yard is perfect for outdoor play, while the front porch is the ideal spot to sit back, relax, and watch the world go by.

The rear outdoor entertaining area, creates a fantastic undercover tiled space perfect for family gatherings. This area also includes a new laundry and separate bathroom, with the third bedroom now offering direct access for added convenience.

Perfectly positioned in beautiful Moffat Beach, you’ll be only approximately 750 meters from the sand and surf, making beach days easy and enjoyable.

For added convenience, the property also features an EV Type 2 Charger for Electric Cars.

Linen is included . However beds are not made.

This property is pet friendly, with up to 2 dogs welcome inside and outside. We kindly ask that pets stay off the furnishings and that all waste is cleaned up to avoid additional charges. Please note that all our pet-friendly properties allow dogs only.

“Perfect Coastal Escape: A Serene Stay Near Moffat Beach” 🏖️

We loved our stay. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. Perfect spot for the dogs with the big, fenced yard. Just a short stroll to Moffatt Beach with lovely cafes and shops. Our grandson enjoyed swimming at the inlet at Moffatt Beach, it's perfect for little kids and the playgrounds are great too. We even saw whales and dolphins at Moffat Head lookout on our morning walks.

Property was not as expected- had a quirky charm but could do with some TLC. A few minor issues with cleanliness but overall comfortable and a great location . The two puppies loved the big yard both front and back. Walking distance to the dog beach was also a big plus. One negative is that wherever we have used Stayz in the past sheets/towels etc. are included whereas here it was a BYO. Coffee and tea seemed a little long in the tooth.

Awesome Get Away with the Dogs

We couldn't fault this property and found it well stocked with all amenities. We have 3 large dogs and the yard was perfect for them to have a good run and play. Although it rained most of our stay the undercover areas in the front & the back of the property allowed us to enjoy the outdoors and spend time with our dogs. We had a wonderful time and it was such a great surprise to walk in on our arrival and find the house to be everything we had hoped. We would like to thank you for making sure that our break away from life was perfect. We will be back.

Felt at home at 20 Roslin Street as soon as we walked through the door. Roomy, well equipped and a delightful al fresco entertaining area looking out on to a pretty backyard. Close to all that Moffat Beach offers. Loved staying here and wish it was our forever home.

Nice little place

House is a little run down externally, inside was not too bad. yards are great except for prickles. Not real close to restaurants and about 15 min walk to beaches. Definitely need a car if staying here. WiFi password on Key tags is incorrect too so once you get past that issue, it works great. air Conditioning works well. I wouldn't say sleeps 9 unless you want to sleep out the back on the day bed. Sleeps 7 inside comfortably.

Awesome location and great family house

This was just the perfect find for a small yet fully equipped holiday home with all the kitchen utensils and gadgets. Its dog friendly and the outdoor laundry and bathroom were super useful. BBQ was clean and outdoor area was perfect for family time, board games and just relaxing. Only a short walk to the beach too!

Terrific for the dogs and family, in a perfect location, far enough from the noise of busy streets yet close enough to stroll to the beach, corner shop etc. House offered more than you would expect of a holiday home, kitchen and laundry had everything and more. Very secure for our dogs and kids alike, we really appreciated that!
