This spacious two-bedroom, two-level villa is ideal for one or two couples, offering stylish comfort and modern furnishings throughout. The open-plan kitchen and living area on the ground floor are fully equipped with quality appliances, including a coffee machine and blender. Relax with a movie on the large flat-screen TV or enjoy balmy afternoons in the private courtyard located off the living room.  
  
Upstairs, you’ll find two generous bedrooms and a modern bathroom, designed for restful comfort. Guests also have access to the complex’s pool and tennis court, plus carport parking conveniently located right outside the front door.
