I am truly moved by the exceptional kindness of the front desk staff during my recent stay. Their thoughtfulness brought tears to my eyes! Upon returning from dinner, I discovered a delightful stuffed horse in my room, accompanied by a lovely card that made the gesture even more special.
When I checked in, I shared that my visit to Texas was to explore the possibility of purchasing a horse. The staff's attention to detail and personal touch truly exemplify the Ritz-Carlton's commitment to guest experience, and I am now a devoted customer for life.
Additionally, the dinner I enjoyed was absolutely outstanding—truly one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. Thank you for making my stay so memorable!

Great room. Was there when a conference was being held and that was very loud..so not fond of that. If you like harder beds, this is for you. We ended up booking another hotel cause the bed was hurting my back everything else was great.
