The property is a duplex (2 side by side units) and you will have access to the entire unit 9130 with its own separate entrance, laundry area, and a very private backyard with a Hot Tub, covered Pergola and BBQ area. There is a large driveway where you can park up to two cars during your stay. There is a Ring Camera by the front door for extra security. Check in is completely self-done! There is a keypad on the front door to allow easy access. Our two bedroom vacation home was recently renovated and tastefully furnished. Everything in the house is brand new. The covered Pergola in the private backyard overlooks the sunbathing / lounge area and the Hot Tub. With 2 King size beds, a Queen size PULL OUT SOFA BED and 2 full bathrooms, this house offers the perfect space to enjoy a relaxing vacation. The open-plan kitchen and living room layout is designed with your enjoyment in mind, providing the perfect space for socializing and entertaining. ITEMS WE PROVIDE All sheets, pillows, towels, and beach towels. For cleaning we provide laundry detergent pods, dishwashing pods, hand soap, and dish soap. For the bathrooms and the kitchen we provide body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, cling film, aluminium foil. And if we missed anything, just ask! We will be more than happy to try and accommodate your request. Our house can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. No more than 6 people are allowed to stay overnight at the property. Please respect the neighbors, quiet hours are 10pm – 8am every day. Absolutely NO parties. No smoking inside the house. A maximum of three cars are allowed to park in the driveway. Use of the Hot Tub is at your own risk. Children in the hot tub must be supervised by an adult at all times. Visited this home with my two sons to go see a TGL playoff match. This home could not have been in a better location for SoFi Arena, a Cardinals Spring Training game, PopStroke and Drive Shack. This was probably one of the most well appointed VRBO homes I have ever stayed in - all of the amenities were well thought out and available. The patio was nice to wake up and have a cup of coffee on in the morning. Communication from the host was excellent as well - responses were almost alway immediate. One thing I will add - make sure you double check the address you put in the GPS - there are two streets with the exact same name (except for the suffix). I travel with a long HDMI cord to connect my laptop to the tv for this problem but we could not access any of the back panels of the tv to connect. Again nothing major. Overall a nice stay and just what we required for the amount of time we actually spent there. The outside patio area being covered was nice. Did not use the hot tub or grill this trip.
