"The room was exactly as described and the pictures represented well. We missed the entrance to the hotel, it sneaks up on you with the traffic. It took us almost an hour to make our way back around the block. Not the hotel's fault but you need to know if you will be arriving during busy traffic times. Look for a dip in the curb with yellow around it. Staff was great and we enjoyed our time, walking to Lincoln Road and visiting some of the Collins Avenue attractions."

"Great location, lovely hotel, it just needs a deep carpet cleaning, the hallways smell like it’s 1960’s after a tropical storm. Other than that everything was nice!"

"The staff was super sweet. The room was big enough for all 5 of us. We rented a one-bedroom king. One weird thing, neither TV’s worked. I had requested maintenance but it might have gotten looked over. They only have a few channels to choose from. Not a great selection. The shower was warm, the kitchen was great! Close to a lot of things. The pools were nice. And the restaurant happy hour was a nice touch. "

"Totally not worth the overpriced rates. Beach chairs and umbrellas are extra fee, the spa has an extra fee. The amenities and entertainment is overcrowded since it’s open to the public so everything is crowded, expensive and not accommodating. The staff is very cold and business oriented almost feels that they are doing you a favor by staying there. I left my room before 7am and got a bill a few days later for $450 of late check out!! Didn’t received a notification of the charge or invoice just the charge on my credit card. I am still waiting for that credit! Not a good stay/experience at all!!!"
