My husband and I were due to spend three nights at the Guesthouse, we only stayed one night, there was no tv, yes small but my husband wanted to relax watching football. The owner asked us to enter our log in details for Netflix!! Next no internet,so could not keep in contact with family. Then the electric kept going off yes we have this issue in BVI but it was a guesthouse and sitting in the dark!!! This was the last straw I went to the reception on three occasions rung the bell waited waited no one came. They need more customer service, Guests are to be always treated and feel like they are special and NOT a problem in the way and to ask a guest to go to there home if we needed anything unacceptable. We paid for three nights no refund nothing really unacceptable!!!!
