"This hotel was great! We stayed for a short three day trip and it was perfectly located to Upham Beach —which is beautiful. 5 mins walk away. The hotel provides beach equipment, like chairs, towels, a cooler and umbrellas, which makes things so easy. It’s also walking distance to good restaurants and bars. It was clean, seemed like a new property and was well maintained. The rooms themselves are well designed and comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again"

"This place is right on the beach with amazing views and is in a great location with a lot of things within walking distance. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of tv’s in each of the separated areas. Parking was good and The host was extremely quick to respond to any of our questions."

"We had a wonderful stay at this Treasure Island home! It was spacious enough for our entire family to be comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to relax together or enjoy some quiet time. The swim spa was a fantastic addition. After long days at the beach, both the kids and the adults loved jumping in to cool off and unwind. We also enjoy cooking as a family, and the kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals. One of the highlights of our stay was celebrating my daughter's 30th birthday. The owner recommended a private chef, who came to the house and prepared a beautiful birthday dinner for us on our last evening. It made the celebration truly memorable. Another thoughtful touch was the children's measuring wall. We had so much fun marking the kids' heights, and we can't wait to come back and see how much they've grown by our next visit. A little perspective from us—we're actually locals here in Pinellas County, and every year we rent a beachfront home for a "staycation" that can accommodate our entire family. This home was one of our favorites. It gave us the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience, allowing those who needed to work for part of the week to come and go while still feeling like they enjoyed a true beach vacation. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable, family-friendly place to create lasting memories."

"The stay here was absolutely wonderful. It was very clean and updated and maintained well . My family and I felt very comfortable staying there and definitely a very safe atmosphere. The beds are very comfortable and lots of linens, all the comforts of home. I would recommend this unit to anyone that wants to have a great family vacation. Hopefully my family and I will be able to return next year for a wonderful vacation. One last thing the beach is beautiful and very well maintained , they groom the beach every day. Thanks again !!"
