"Spacious, well appointed rooms. Great location. The complimentary breakfast was cozy (nothing fancy but gets the job done). We stayed for three nights with a small dog in tow. The only surprise was that parking was not free ($29 per night) but there was plenty of free street parking available nearby."

"My husband and I stayed in Pat's beach house for a long weekend of wine tasting and exploring. This property is water front with well maintained, clean historic buildings. We love Greenport and visit every year, so we were excited to find a place in walking distance to town but off the beaten path and on the water! The owner Pat is a wonderful host. He is quite the historian and is happy to share stories of his wonderful property and the town. The little house we rented sleeps 4, there's is another house that also sleeps 4, and the main house sleeps 10, should you have a large group. Plenty of parking. Highly recommend!"

"My girlfriend and I stayed in April and it was amazing stay. Rooms are outstanding, one of the best rooms we ever stayed, and location was stunning. Beautiful marina, great waterfront views from the property. It was so quiet and relaxing. We went to Greenport for dinners. 10$ Breakfast cards were provided by hotel for Stone Street eatery and it was nice delicious meal. My girlfriend is from Milan, Italy and this was her first time in North Fork and she absolutely loved it thanks to The Shoals. "

"This is my third time at the Cliffside, and as always it was a lovely space that was great value for money. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars was that the heat was wildly inconsistent: in the small bedroom it was very hot, and the kitchen/living room, cool, and in the master bedroom, frigid. Otherwise, great. "
