"There was a mix up regarding a double booking. Theresa, the receptionist, was impossible to deal with. She yelled at me, hung up, refused to answer when I called back. This occurred before we even arrived. The third party booking agency had to intervene, Theresa was rude and inhospitable. I traveled with the sales and marketing director for the Marriott Ranch, and a long time customer service manager at a large feed distributor, they were flabbergasted by the overt rudeness.
