"Room was not that clean... it had sticky floors and the bathrooms need attention, dirty from previous guests. I did not visit the Bar or Casino. The Staff members were very nice. Requesting towels and room reset was a daily ask and should be automatic unless requested not to clean the room."

"Staff not friendly! Our room had trash behind the furniture. Tv didn’t work, pool didn’t work, ice machines didn’t work, phones didn’t work. We stayed there for 2 days and when asked for towels staff said there where none to come back in one hour.. Odd! When we did another staff member counted them before she would give us new ones.. And said she could only give me what I brought her back.. Very unprofessional. This hotel seems to be struggling but I don’t see how when they clearly have the business!! "

"The hotel and furniture looks outdated. It is in need of a severe upgrade. The cleanliness of our room was questionable and the carpet looked dingy. Our toilet had to be repaired. The elevator was out of commission for several hours. My husband is a heart patient. As a result of the elevator being repaired he was forced to walk up several flights of stairs to our room. I was also charged two different rates for our hotel stay. "

"I asked to have our room cleaned and fresh towels delivered. We were out most of the day but after arriving back at 8 pm housekeeping still hadn’t come. They didn’t come until after 9pm and by that time we were ready for bed. "

"Positives: the key worked, A/C was working, police were on the premises. Negatives (in order of encounter): Police were on premises, choked from smoke in the hallway, light switches were appearantly not hooked to anything, 9ft windows with 6ft curtains and security light shining directly in which allowed me to see the couch with half the upholstery missing, 1/3 of sleeping area carpet had a squishing sound from A/C condensate. I did not stay so I don't know how long the yelling and loud music would have lasted but it was already midnight as I had a late flight in. I am neutral about the man laying half dazed in the hallway charging a phone as it is possible the outlets were not working in his room. Thanks Expedia!"
