- The fireplaces are not available for guest use
- This property has a custom dock with a 12’ x 40’ slip available for guest use (the smaller slip is for owner's use). The large slip should accommodate most any boat, or even two fishing boats tied end to end. An additional boat may also be tied to the side of the dock. Overflow parking for boat trailers, launch ramp, and gas is available at Point Oasis Marina, just a two-minute boat ride up the cove
- Your safety matters. This property features 6 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is located next to the front door facing the front entrance area, camera 2 is on the front of the house facing the street, cameras 3 and 4 are located on the back of the home facing the entrance points, and cameras 5 and 6 are located on the dock facing the watercraft area. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and audio when activated by motion
