This charming house offers 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Two bedrooms are furnished with queen beds and the third bedroom with twin bunks and a toddler bed. The well stocked kitchen is open to the comfortable living room and has a sliding door leading out to the spacious lakefront deck equipped with a gas grill and additional seating.

Enjoy all of the outdoor amenities including a covered private dock with swim platform and drive-on PWC lift, paddle boat, paddle board and a water mat. The owner has a boat in the slip but you are welcome to tie up to the side of the dock. This house is located in Sunrise Beach very near Paradise Tropical Restaurant and Bar, Franky and Louie's Beach Front Bar and Grill and Captain Ron's Bar and Grill (Home of the Shootout). Please note: There is NO washer/dryer in the house. There is dedicated parking for 2 cars. You cannot get a boat trailer to the house. The road to the house is a narrow gravel lake road. There is a ramp and trailer parking (small fee for each) about 2 miles from the house.
