If you are looking for a large clean place to rent at the Lake of the Ozarks this is the place for you. Nestled in the heart of Deer Valley Park at Franky and Louie's, you are sure to have a great time! This new unit is on the property of one of the Lake's hot spots, Franky and Louie's, which features a white sand beach, live entertainment, tiki/beach bars, boat rentals, and water toy rentals. Not to mention, this unit sits about 150 feet off the water. Just finished June 1st of 2022, this condo features all new furnishings and is built for entertainment and outdoor gatherings!

My fiancé, my self, and our three children all under 4 had a fantastic stay at this property. It was clean, wifi worked well, there was enough room for everyone to have their own room. It was perfect. Will definitely be staying again.

Great place and an interesting use of space. Very clean and mgmt tended to our wifi issues satisfactorily. VRBO listing could have provided more information and detail about location and surroundings. End of Sept / early October is a great time to stay here. Would definitely stay here again (Oct - April)

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. However, we messaged the owner right away noting the WiFi was not working. They finally responded to us on day 3 or our 4 day trip noting it was down. We traveled far so none of our group had service or WiFi for the entire stay. Other than that, the house was good.

My stay at the condo was fantastic! The space was clean, modern, and exactly as described in the listing. The kitchen was fully stocked, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view from the balcony was a bonus. The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. Wonderful place!

Really enjoyed our time here! Contrary to what I was under the impression of, there are 4 really nice bathrooms on the property. We thought there would only be one so that was a pleasant surprise. There's also 'beach' access (manmade sand that's on a two step cliff you have to climb down in order to get in the water) within a minute's walk which I did not expect. Was pleasantly surprised by that, too! This place is fantastic and I will recommend others stay here.

Broken/worn out patio grill, missing dishwasher soap, internet issues with no cable/antenna, wornout beds w poorly fastened headboards, windows are stuck shut from non use. Porch boards need attention.Acoustics are very bad with small children and noise. Rugs or sound deadeners would help.

Frankie and Louies New Condo

We noticed when we first got there, the TV only worked if you logged into your own accounts. Internet wasn't the best. There was mold under the kitchen sink. There are very few stands in the rooms to place luggage on so most of ours went on the floor. There were closets to hang clothes up. 3 of the 4 bathrooms showers leaked water on the floor. One of the bedroom windows leaked water when it rained. The price was reasonable.

I was disappointed because I was expecting a house with a lake view, as described on listing, not a house surrounded by strangers' mobil houses. You feel observed all the time.Plus no shades in the living room windows. WiFi stopped working and the communication with management was awful. The person in charge answered when he wanted to answer, and sounded like he didn't want to be bothered. We were really disappointed. I will not stay in this property again.

Super-duper nice space! In a great location next to the lake. Helpful tip: don't use apple maps to navigate here. Use Google maps instead of apple maps to get here! Good stay :)
