"I asked specifically to ensure the fireplace would be working since I booked the suite for an anniversary (it was between this and another hotel, the fireplace is a what tipped the scales and made me choose this one). It was the first thing I tested when I got in. Of course, it wasn’t working. I asked the front desk to have maintenance take a look, but after 45 mins of waiting, I had to get ready for dinner reservations. Both TVs were not working but luckily I had a fire stick. "Check in was great with Michael, he let me know about amenities that were offered. The heated pool was clean and relaxing and the hotub was in perfect working condition. My queen bed suite was amazing, bed comfy and the full kitchen was just what I needed. The hot & cold breakfast was a 10/10 with the staff constantly refilling items. Everything about this property was clean and in perfect working condition. Nice job on the re-model in 2025. This will be my go-to place from now on when I'm in San Jose. Check out was easy with Rafael as well. See you next time. :)"

"Parking can be a bit tricky but it's nice to be able to park right outside your room door. Upon arrival someone elses belongings were in the room initially given, but the staff quickly remedied that by giving me a new room. Considering the close proximity to El Camino Real, it was quiet."
