"We had a faulty AC unit and it would blast a sound every 20mins or so when it turned on. We didn't sleep well and I mentioned it to the staff. The breakfast in the morning wasn't stocked when we got there at 930am, not many options left."

"Staff was not friendly at all! Room had hairs on floor. They were not ours. Not sure what was going on the weekend we stayed. Kids (teens) running up and down halls in the evening.
