Nothing stands in the way of a sun and beach vacation in this very neat and practically furnished vacation home. From your bedrooms you have a direct view of the Greifswalder Bodden, an arm of the Baltic Sea only 300 m away.
Especially nice is the bright winter garden. Here you can take meals with the whole family, play board games or just sit together in a sociable round. Since the winter garden can be heated, you can also use it in the cold season.
Sundhagen is located between the Hanseatic cities of Greifswald and Stralsund and is the gateway to the island of Rügen. From April to October you can also reach Rügen by ferry, which runs between Stahlbrode and Glewitz. There are many attractions on the island, ranging from the national park with the Königstuhl to the dinosaur land in Spyker and the numerous seaside resorts.
Stralsund, which is only a few minutes away by car, also offers the best conditions for relaxing and strolling, not least in the great old town with its many historically significant buildings. Imposing, gothic buildings, such as the magnificent town hall at the Alter Markt, parish churches, monasteries and centuries-old merchants' houses with magnificent gables give the cityscape its special charm.

FERIENHAUS
Küche: Kühlschrank hatte die letzte Reinigung wohl schon vor Monaten -- Schubladen und Schränke mit Staub und Krümel -- Bestecke schmutzig, vom Vorbenutzer noch eingetrocknete ESSENRESTE
weder Spültuch / Schwamm / Spülmittel, noch Taps für Spülmaschine vorhanden -- Keine Abfalltüten, obwohl der Mülleimer für Abfalltrennung vorgesehen -- insgesamt Ausstattung mit Geschirr, Schüsseln usw. für 4 -5 Personen (so wird das Haus beworben) sehr dürftig.
Toilette / Dusche : kein Klopapier -- Duschkabine nur mit Handbrause nutzbar, die weiteren Brauseeinstellungen wegen totaler Verkalkung unbrauchbar -- Toilettensitz lose und wacklig,
Wohnen / Schlafen : ein Teil des Wohnzimmers wird als Materiallager genutzt, da die Renovierungs- oder Instandhaltungsarbeiten offensichtlich nicht abgeschlossen sind. [ dann sollte in dieser Zeit auch nicht an Gäste vermietet werden ] -- bei verschiedenen Lampen sind die Leuchtmittel / Glühbirnen defekt bzw. gar nicht vorhanden
Fernsehbedienung mit leeren Batterien,
FAZIT :
Es kann nicht sein, dass der Gast die erste Ausstattung an Toilettenpapier, Spüllappen / Bürste, Taps für Spülmaschine erst einkaufen muss ( wie soll das bei Anreise z.Bsp. am SA gehen?? ) und dann zuerst mit reinigen beschäftigt ist um einigermaßen appetitlich essen/trinken zu können. Die ENDREINIGUNG ist schließlich als Pauschale im Mietpreis enthalten und sollte nicht als Zusatzgewinn ohne Gegenleistung betrachtet werden !!!
