"The bed was comfortable, and there was strong shower pressure with plenty of hot water. The hot tub was very hot. We had an issue with the dryer not drying properly, but Chris made sure it got dried. The room wasn't cleaned while we were there; however, any issues we had, Chris managed and handled whatever came up. He definitely cares about customer satisfaction. There's a bar near the main lobby, and Chris also managed that, making sure to keep up with our rowdy group, from playing music to impromptu karaoke. Great place for the price. There was also a shuttle you can request to take you to and from downtown Deadwood at no extra cost."

"It was a double room suit but only a window ac unit in one room which was less than effective. A box fan to get some cross flow of air would have helped a lot. Overall still a great place and would absolutely stay again. Rooms were clean, beds were nice. All was great."

"It was a very unique experience. We watch the sunset and stars for the skylight. They had goats close and I was able play with them. The place was very clean well organized. The welcome sign simply stating our name really won me over"

"We had a wonderful stay at this vacation home in Lead, South Dakota! The house was exactly as described and was a great central location for exploring the Black Hills. During our stay, we visited Deadwood, Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Custer State Park, and Spearfish Canyon, and the location made it easy to enjoy all of these destinations.At the same time, the house felt secluded and was incredibly quiet and peaceful. We especially enjoyed seeing wildlife around the property every day!There was plenty of room for our group of 14 people, as well as space for our 10 motorcycles, which was a huge plus for us. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was very well equipped, allowing us to prepare several meals for our large group. The hot tub was also clean and well maintained and was a great way to relax after a full day of sightseeing and riding.The host was extremely responsive and answered our questions very quickly. We had a great experience and would highly recommend this home, especially for larger groups or anyone looking for a peaceful home base while exploring the Black Hills. We would definitely stay here again!"
