All furnishings new in 2022 and the location is a 1/4 mile to Sunapee Harbor. The house includes an open first floor (kitchen/dining room/living room) with a deck overlooking the back yard. Additionally, the totally renovated walk out basement has a large living room and game area so your group has plenty of space to spread out. You'll have passes to the local town beach, which has concessions, a playground, basketball court and paddleboards amd kayaks to sign out for free. We had a wonderful time staying here- stayed for one week. It's very clean, comfortable and well stocked. Nightly pool and ping pong tournaments were so much fun. All families. Our only negative was it was really hot & there is an a/c unit in kitchen with an open floor plan which was cool but bedrooms were too hot which is why they had fans in the rooms. Some had to sleep in lower level to stay cool. We saw a deer & baby right there & a beaver....beautiful. ##### Christine P. This house was perfect for our family of five. Each kid enjoyed having their own room and loved playing ping pong and pool downstairs. We spent our days skiing. The house was a quick drive to the mountain. We cooked a few meals in the kitchen and found the kitchen to be well stocked. The owner was very responsive, and even gave us restaurant recommendations. We have been coming up to the lake for 15 years and this house has been the best so far! It was so clean, had everything we needed and amazing game room/ basement.
