It’s large and very well equipped with a great kitchen. Commonly used items were included, things like salt & pepper, herbs, cling wrap, laundry liquid etc. Ski in/ ski out is only possible when all the runs are open. At other times you’ll have to walk to a lift or there’s a shuttle stop out front. Shuttle services are infrequent (hourly at best). Pros \* Clear and responsive communication with owner who was very accommodating when our airline changed our flights. \* Big spa. \* Great kitchen, including a range of the basics. \* Two bathrooms. \* In room washer/drier. Cons \* Two flights of stairs to reach the apartment. \* A service company checks the spa every 2-3 days, so someone will be accessing the apartment during your stay. \* There’s no industrial bin on site and you have to message the owner to have your rubbish collected. Expert tip: There’s only one small mini-mart in Sun Peaks and it’s expensive. For stays longer than a few days consider an online shopping order which can be delivered by Sun Peaks Cargo. Overall: This is a well appointed apartment that’s big enough for a family, ten minute walk to the main village.
