Good location

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Everything
We expected this to be an ok hotel. It was not ok. Very dusty. Thick dust on the air conditioner hose leading to the wall and on the unit itself. The couch was so worn and dirty we wouldn't sit on it. The mattress was old. The whole place was discussing, and in need of a refurbishment. Will never stay there again.

Little Things Not There/Didn't Work

Pros: Nothing in particular.
Cons: Get some decent lighting in the bathroom. Make certain the room has waste cans, stationary, and a phone book.
Location: Location was very good.
Room was cramped in the entry. Bathroom lighting unacceptable. Television remote worked for 5-10 minutes, then froze. Nothing worked; ON/OFF, change channel, volume. Front desk was of no help whatsoever. Said the remote probably needed batteries and they didn't have any. I asked if I turned it off by unplugging everything was ok; was told they'd rather I didn't!! A couple of hours later and employee stopped by and gave us a remote that worked. Also, there was no waste basket in the room, no pen or stationary.

Not the cleanest place

Lobby and common areas was not kept clean. We found trash on the floor Monday morning still there from Saturday afternoon. It was explained to us as understaffed. Staff had time to stand at main entry and smoke cigarettes, but not enough time to run a vacuum for 10 minutes.

We won't go back

We have stayed at this hotel before, but we won't go back, we had many issues with our room, and poor customer service, This hotel has really gone down hill over the last year

Rough stay

There was a party or wedding, music played all night long, couldn't sleep, heard the music in our room.... then refigerator was going out so it made noises all night. Very outdated and small bathroom Breakfast was not great, poor selection and staff was unhelpful Won't stay here again!

AC did not work. Room very disappointing. Ratings don't tell the story. Rates not appropriate for the room.

When we got to our room there was a bad odor coming from the fridge. The reservation desk said he could not give me a discount because we were through Expedia. I told him that I did not want a discount but another room. Manager told him to give us a room on the sixth floor. We found out that the 6th floor are where they assign rooms with pets and children because we heard the dogs barking and the kids being loud. Also talked to a few people there that said this was the worse La Quinta they ever stayed in. One couple had changed rooms 3 times.

Use to be nice

Pros: parking
Cons: elevator needs to be updated
Location: In a business park. No food or stores nearby.
Have stayed here many times. Lately, something wrong every stay. This time, ice maker in fridge didn't work and the hotels didn't work either. Also, from about 11PM till 3AM, people were running up and down the hallway. Lastly, dogs bark all the time.

Cheap for overnight trip
