Relax on the 10 foot wide private porch overlooking live oaks. Enjoy the friendly sense of community as you stroll through historic district to step back in time. Summerville now boasts a rich culinary scene with great local restaurants. The home is well appointed with beautiful furniture throughout. There are large living areas to easily spread out. There are 2 TV's in the home. One in the sunroom and another in the master bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked and also includes a gas stove. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs and the 3rd bedroom with twin beds and bathroom is upstairs. The staircase is pretty tall as the ceilings are 13 feet. The primary bedroom has a four poster bed which is higher off the ground than regular beds, but there is a footstool available if needed. There is room for 2 cars in the back of the house and 1 in the front. Less than 5 minute walk to azalea park with tennis courts and pickleball courts nearby. Only one block away from Flowertown Festival Food and Rides. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked and clean. The house was furnished in the most charming way- southern charm.
