"The property was a surprise gem. It was super clean and comfortable. The owners amazed us with all of the little special touches that many vacation rentals don’t do. From the snacks, waters, seasonings, coffee options, and even mini makeup wipes it was amazing. We also had options of games and if you bring your pets they will feel loved too with the water/food bowls and dog bed. It was a very peaceful property and you get the added bonus of watching the owners horses graze in the property...

"This spot is studio apartment-like. It was in the perfect location to explore Charleston and the surrounding areas. Walking distance to grocery stores, cafes and frozen yogurt A short Uber Ride to Sullivan's Island, Shem Creek. Rented bikes to get into downtown Charleston in 15 minutes from the house. Place has everything you need."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this comfortable cottage in its quiet & well situated neighborhood. We were close to the beaches & downtown Charleston. The restaurants, Martin’s & Gillies were very good & in walking distance. This house was clean & well stocked with everything you need for a great vacation. Our only issue was the television & if you’re used to streaming your programs it won’t be an issue. We highly recommend this cozy little place."

"I was visiting my son for the holidays and needed a place to stay. This house was perfect. Loved walking around the yard looking at the plants or sitting outside on the covered patio. The house was decorated for Christmas. It was well-stocked for me to cook meals. The host communicates quickly. There is a guest book with recommendations. The host even offered a bottle of wine! Great host. Darling place. I enjoyed my stay."

"Quiet location and worked well for us. Showers were great, but the rest of the bathroom, including the sink, are tiny FYI. Walked everywhere. Highly recommend carriage ride to see the general area. Mesu was a really good restaurant with such unexpected cuisine."

"Our hostess was very friendly and accommodating. The cottage is rustic and very close to restaurants and stores. The place was clean, but the bathroom is extremely small. Also, the driveway to the cottage is almost hidden since it is overgrown with trees."

"We loved our shack! Very quiet neighborhood. The outdoor shower was great! The host Cava and Billy are the best. Folly Beach is a 20 minute drive away and what a great beach it is. Exploring Charleston was wonderful. We will be back to the Shack! Thanks again for a wonderful stay!"
