  • Plenty of room in yard for multiple bass boats
    40ft x 22ft concrete parking area
    Big yard area to the right of house if have extra boats/trucks
    Ground fault outlet outside for charging boats
    Recently paved the driveway
    House will be clean and fresh sheets on each bed
    3 bedrooms and each bedroom has a queen bed
    Shower towels will be provided
    Has a washer and dryer
    YouTube Tv is provided along with WiFi
    5 Minutes from Taw Caw Creek Boat ramp
    10 Minutes from John C Land Boat Landing
    Nice 14ft x 10ft deck off back with rocking chairs
    Charcoal grill and picnic table
    Very nice completely remodeled house
    5 minutes from Goat Island Restaurant and Bar
    10 minutes from Summerton Diner (great restaurant - especially breakfast)
    10 minutes from Twisted Pig BBQ Buffet
    Lake levels are not guarenteed, it is your responsibility to check lake water level behind house prior to booking.
