Memories to last forever
This property is awesome!! Great location! Had a blast on the porch and paddle boarding from the front lagoon. Only issue was the AC leaked in ceiling and master bedroom bc we turned them down too low. This should be noted on house rules to avoid it happening to future renters. Other than that small issue I would love to return and stay here again ASAP. Thank you Susan for your hospitality!

Loved the private lagoon and yard! Our dog was in heaven the whole stay! This would be a great place to bring a power boat! The north and south winds limited our kayak use, but I did catch some barracuda from the point out front. Sunrises were very nice!

Very enjoyable stay
Excellent location from which to explore the Keys. The house is casual and could use some updating but it was perfect for our family and it was furnished with everything we needed. We had activities planned almost every day of our stay but the time spent in the house was very comfortable and with an amazing view. The porch and waterfront seating were so relaxing and will be missed. Kiki’s Sandbar & Grill was our favorite place to eat dinner. The food at Kiki’s was not spectacular but the outdoor tiki dining with live music at walking distance from the house was a lot of fun and just what we needed on several nights. We would definitely rent this home again and we really enjoyed our stay.

Bucket List Trip ✅️
We always wanted to drive the Florida Keys highway and spend time exploring some of the Keys. This house on Little Torch Key was a perfect "pied à terre" for us that offered a great location. We visited Key West for a day, only 40 minutes away, we spent an evening at Kiki's Sandbar which was only a 5 minute walk and we went kayaking in Marathon which was only 30 minutes away. The house was clean, spacious, and very well equipped. We were 3 couples, so each couple had its own comfortable and spacious bedroom. Although 2 of the couples had to share one of the 2 bathrooms, it was large enough, with a double sink vanity. Our host was very responsive and the home really is as described in the VRBO listing. We definitely recommend this place.

Little Torch Key
One issue with a plugged toilet when we arrived. Took a day and a half to get a plumber out. Thankfully, there was a second bathroom. Very comfortable, beautiful view, relaxing, Some minor repairs are needed in the guest bedroom. Would have appreciated if it had been better stocked - only one dish towel for 6 days but fortunately there was a wash machine. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

We stayed two nights with five adults. Beautiful view, nice set up. Loved the porch and easy access. On the outside there were areas that needed to be cleaned up. Wet boxes, pile broken glass in the yard, old umbrella and ect. Was advertised as NO SMOKING. There was two large containers that held cigarette's butts right by the parking area. Being a NON-smoking family we could smell that every time we were near that end of the porch. Plus there was faint cigarette smell in the house. The floor was not clean through out the house. There were only four towels laid out. Had to search for one more. There was a couple older towels in the back of one of the vanities. The master bathroom toilet was very slow to flush when we arrived on the first evening. by the next morning nothing would go down. The fans did not work in neither of the bathrooms. The MB window shades did not go all the way down leaving at least a 10 inch gap. The queen size bed was not comfortable and needs to be updated. When notified the contact person was only concerned with the towels. There is a safety concern with checking in and out of this home. The door was left unlocked and the key left on the table. They do have camera set up but any one could go in there before we arrived or after we left. I would not have booked this unit if I had known that in advance. This unit or home cost way too much for the two nights we were there. Of course, they charge you a huge cleaning fee.

All things were great BUT the two best things are 1) The proximity to the water. The lagon in front of the property was perfect to teach my 78 yr old Mom to paddleboard. When I wanted to go for an endless morning paddle on my board I had immediate access to the channel. The water was perfectly clear and there wasn’t a better way to spend a couple of my mornings on perfectly flat water. The view from the porch was also fantastic. 2) The proximity to Key West 30 mins, Marathon 30 mins and the grocery store 5-10 mins. This made our day trips easy. Little time in the car and access to everything we needed. Those 2 major thing said The cabin had everything we needed It was clean The beds were comfy Everything was as advertised. I’d love to bring my friends next time Thank you Jennifer for your communication and allowing us to stay in your great place.

Perfect home
Very well equipped. Close to Key West. Little Torch Key where the house is located had nice restaurants. One in walking distance. Winn Dixie a short distance away. Mornings were delightful sitting on the wrap around porch sipping coffee and watching beautiful sun rises. The property was just like what how it was described on VRBO. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

GREAT place to relax! Spectacular sun rises and sunsets. I stayed with my dog and it was perfect. Also if you have a boat or just getting picked up in one the cement dock is situated for easy in and out. Beautiful property! I plan on returning!

Quiet AND close!
Short walk to Kiki’s sandbar for good food and live music! Just down the road from 5 Brothers coffee/deli (BEST Cuban coffee in the Lower Keys) and short enough drive to Key West. Very easy access to both Gulf and Atlantic waters too! Highly recommend!

Beautiful waterfront sunrise property

Beautifully upgraded with Moen faucets and fixtures and quiet a/c units in each room, the spacious quarters provided our 3 couples with privacy and convenience. The sunrise view was spectacular and the location for our planned endeavors was convenient. We will bring shallow craft on our next visit and launch from the protected alcove. All questions were answered quickly by the host. It was a perfect place to celebrate my 60th birthday with friends and family.

We enjoyed our stay at this property on the water. We all spent time on the front porch watching the sun rise and taking in the nice breeze. There were a few things around the house that weren’t quite finished but overall it was a lovely place.

Great location on the ocean! Great for kayaking and room to dock a small boat. Very roomy home! The 6 of us never felt crowded. Wrap around porch is awesome! Best feature was the ice maker which came in very handy when the grocery store ran out of ice!

Property location was lovely. Bed was comfy. Local tiki bar close enough to walk.. loved the private cove and back porch. Wish the weather would have cooperated. My opportunity comments would be this: pick up broken glass bottles in grass near dock. BBQ grill needs to be cleaned. Grease and foil on bottom caught fire. Knob on stove missing so you can't use large front burner. Lighting in kitchen at night is tough over counter prep area. Need a large non-stick skillet. Pans are stainless All-Clad which are lovely but everything sticks to them. TV in guest room has nowhere to plug it in. Mirrors in masterbath hung too low. You have to squat a bit to brush hair and teeth. I'm 5'8". A convex mirror at driveway to see traffic coming from main highway would be nice. Can't see around bushes when pulling out. Boat rental place next door can be a bit noisy.

We enjoyed our stay at the property which was clean and had a fantastic view especially at sunrise and sunset! FYI, the TV doesn't include any of the national networks, so if you are interested in watching football etc, you will have to stream it from your own account!
