Cancellation: If you cancel your reservation in writing 90 days or more before your arrival, you will receive a full refund, less a cancellation fee of $25.00 and Administrative fee. If you cancel less than 90 days before arrival, your payment and any prepaid rent will be refunded only if we are able to procure another rental for that same period. If no rental is procured, you will lose your payment and any prepaid rent, not to exceed the amount of your rental. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival, there will be no refund. If the Florida Keys are closed to visitors because of COVID-19 or there is a mandatory evacuation in effect for your arrival date, you will be offered a refund or to reschedule your stay.

Great place to stay. Large places to hang out inside and especially outside by the gorgeous pool. Easy access to water with kayaks and paddle boards, slide right into the water. Great fishing off the dock and lots of action with night fishing.

Newly updated home- has great outdoor space with easy access to use the water with kayaks/paddlesboards. Quiet neighborhood - nice pool and hangout area. Kitchen was well equipped- just bring your boat and have a blast!

If you want quiet and laid back, look no further.

If you’re looking for a quiet and laid back place to stay in the Keys with a great host, you don’t need to look any further, you’ve just found it. Hosts Amy and Sherry were wonderful, house is in a great position with plenty of space and the neighbourhood feels safe.The pool is not heated and was a little cold some days but we did stay in December. A great place to hang out.
