The restaurant was VERY expensive yet both the duck and the steak were tough. Disappointing. Out server Nelson was great though. Message at the spa was REMARKABLE. Lindsay, the Masseuse, was delightful and very skilled. Spa desk staff were very friendly. Room view of the waterfall was obscured by bushes that could have been trimmed. While we had great anticipation, the experience overall came up a little short of that - I’ll say good. "

"Hidden gem that is extremely clean, modern, and beautiful. Great breakfast. So well planned out w our dog friendly room at the end of the hallway so very quiet. Pool, laundry, fitness area all outstanding. Cannot say enough good things and this is the nicest hotel ive stayed in by far and at a reasonable rate."

"Lots of options for breakfast. Beds were comfortable. Staff was polite. Rooms were dated but clean. Unfortunately, the fire alarm went off at 7am. When I called the front desk they said it was a false alarm. Really messed with my sleep."

"We did not like walking to our room through the haze of cigarette smoke, should have made that section smoke free. There were also people smoking in the non-smoking section. So they need people to ask them to move. "
